Mini Spells havedone remarkably well, and are being sold in five countries so far. While we still need to have many more locations to sell them, We are really pleased with the response.

Big Week: New Batch

We filled all our orders, had the news over for tbe ghost hunt and drumming circles, and had a good time this weekend. The Elves all took a needed break.

The commercial did not happen, but that's show biz. Maybe next time.

On Monday, the process begins anew. I am excited.

Another Day!

Today, the bags came in, and tommorow we will bag and put headers on about a 1,000 candles for all outstanding orders, and jump us ahead.

We have to have 3,000 for St. Louis Pagan Picnic and 5,000 for Dollar Store Expo and Inats each. So we have our work cut out for us. Plus we are pushing hard for early adopters. So Far, Tim Lake in Albany, two big orders off eBay, and lots and lots of inquiries represent the early adopters so far. Of Course, Witch School does as well.

We are selling steady off eBay, and we are sending flyers to each retail buyer.

Saturday is the Commercial, two quick low low low low budget commercials. Did I say homemade, that we are going to home make our commercial. The Teachers hear we can master this technology, and our apprentices will help film and build. Exciting stuff.

Also we sent out a global to over 130,000 optin subscribers, and that has further increased our exposure. We are creating at least a hundred thousand impressions of Mini Spells exposure in a non-advertising way so far since, May 12th. That is good positive stuff I think. I hope.

Working Hard, Growing Interest

It's 11:30 pm, and only been up 11 hours. So Yes I did get 8 hours sleep.

Ran in our first snag. Plastic Bags did not arrive. It's cool, they arrive tommorow, and we will have to order just a touch earlier. JIT supplies take a little fine tuning.

Today I added a lot of auctions to eBay, using the advantage of .10 cents list insertion, with .99 cent auctions, and numbers of a 1000. Each auction only costed 10 cents each.

We are also adding to the eBay listings this Blogger as well. We are working to be supportive.

Our continued production efforts!

Wow, it's 1:05 am in the Witch School headquarters. The cat is finally asleep, and the sounds from earlier have ended. I was decidedly not going to upstairs to confront either a raccon/possum or a ghost. either one would have been a terrible inconvience to me right now. But the sounds were steady.

Honestly, I am exhausted and happy with everything, and I have now reached my 40th hour of counciousness. Winding down to hit the bed. Handcrafting things takes time, and with such a cooperative effort we are making them. Ruthann, is leading the effort, and she has wrapped many, and Virginia's apprentice, Ashley has lead the effort, wrapping over 900 in a week. Another person joined today to help this effort. We are definitely meeting our orders.

Tommorow we ship out more, it's very exciting. We are sending them to Canada, with some trepidation. They have gotten very funny about their postal system. So has the United States. Very very strange. But yes, 500 are heading their way to Canada.

So we plan to be at the St. Louis Picnic, and we plan to have 2,000 or more available for sale, including some prepacks. Lisa also showed them to a silver smithing class in Minneapolis, and gave away samples.

In a More Magickal note, we are going to add more crystals over the work space this week. We want to focus more energy, as we really develop magick for the masses. We are going to tap deeper in the Crystal Web, and we think we are onto something big.
The idea of collective will propels these little candles.

In a practical VC Sort of way: This is a scalable technology and creation process. We can in a very short time we can meet any demand for mini spells, for any size order, with any spell, and with any header. We are capable and patient group, we would be making spells no matter what the economic scale. It's simply is what we do.

So that's my thoughts before I crash into a deep sleep, and I get started again tommorow. The office opens at 10:00 am, I won't personally make it, but Mini Spell creation begins again, in the capable hand of Ruthann and Ashley.

Mini Spells are Born!

Mini Spells were finally born on 5/5/5 at 2:30 pm, and they became a place of big hope for me.

We have sold over 1800 of them so far, and we are just building up mystical production. They are at Screaming Eagle Metaphysical Store in Albany (first in the country).

We did a presss release on the mini-candles through PRweb.com, and we did it pretty well, it alone generated 40,000 views, and it placed it into Yahoo News, Google News, and places that take content from those places.

It also generate a new story on Flashnews.com, Pop Culture for Media Proffesionals, a subscription based service. This generated two radio responses, one a researcher from Oregon, and the second was a half hour on the Peter Holder Show, CJAD. Montreal

We are mostly sell them on Ebay. We hope to be more a supplier of stores and other businesses, we hope that eBayers will intergrate this product into their regualr cycle. I plan to give away at some point soon to bulk buyers free pictures, descriptions and sales templates.
